5:30 P.M.: Case #2295:  Jonathan Albert, Island Olympic Trust– Request for a special permit for an addition to an existing structure located in the shore zone of the coastal district, under the TZBL, Section 09.01.05.

 

5:40 P.M.:  Case # 2296:  Gerard & Beth Ann DuToit – Request for a special permit for the demolition and reconstruction of a dwelling located in the shore zone of the coastal district, under the TZBL, Section 09.01.05.

 

5:50 P.M.  Case #2297:  Kenneth & Rebecca Rhoads – Request for a special permit for the demolition and reconstruction of a dwelling, to modify the height restriction of the dwelling and for the construction of a garage located in the shore zone of the coastal district, under the TZBL, Sections 09.01.05 & 09.01.06.

Case # 2286:  Put an Egg on It LLC – Request for special permit for a food service operation outside of an enclosed building, under the TZBL, Section 05.12.02 and 05.12.03. (Postponed until October 12, 2017 for BOS pending regulations)

 

Case # 2275:  William Westman – Request for a special permit for the demolition,  reconstruction and expansion of a pre-existing non-conforming structure, under the TZBL, Section 07.01.03 (Referred to the MVC)

 

Case #2147:  Joseph Dockter (Vineyard Assembly of God) – Request to amend special permit #1057 to change conditions #1 & #6 to recognize the construction of a storage shed and a change of exterior lighting. (Litigation decision pending).
