PUBLIC HEARING:

 

Pursuant to MGL c. 40A s. 9 and Section 05.23, of Tisbury Zoning Bylaw, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall Annex on July 20, 2016 at 6:00 PM, to consider the following applicant’s application for a Special Permit:

 

Locus:  Tisbury Assessor Parcel 22A09, 412 State Road, Vineyard Haven, MA

 

Owner:  Cape Cod Five Cents Savings;

 

Applicant:      Carl Kenney, Kenney’s Excavating and Bobcat Service, Inc., D.B.A Kenney’s Foundation Company;

 

Proposal:       Per letter of application, the applicant proposes to erect a non-appurtenant sign (24” X 20”) in the B-2 District.

 

Public Inspection:  

 

The Letter of Application and its attendant document may be inspected at the Planning Board Office from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
