New Business:

  1. Agency Administration: Fiscal Year 2020 Budget
    The Land Bank Commission will review a draft of its budget for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2019.
  2. Agency Land Management: Trail-Marking and Mapping
    The Land Bank Commission will discuss its system of trail-marking and mapping.
  3. Agency Administration: Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation
    The Land Bank Commission will review a May 9, 2019 email from the Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation (SMF) regarding the possible inclusion of various land bank properties on the SMF brochure.
  4. Agency Administration: Oak Bluffs Selectmen
    Oak Bluffs commissioner Kristen Reimann will report on the selectmen’s recent discussion regarding the land bank transfer fee.
  5. Agency Administration: Performance Evaluation
    The Land Bank Commission will conduct its annual review of the performance of its executive director.
