The Tisbury Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. This will be a virtual meeting, in accordance with orders issued by the Governor during the current state of emergency. There will be no in-person attendance by the public. Persons may access and participate in the hearing by the methods listed below:

PUBLIC HEARING:
21-31: SHM Vineyard Haven LLC – NOI to remove 4 buildings; construct boat racks, a new concrete slab, relocate fuel tank and construct a boardwalk along a bulkhead. – 4:30 p.m.
CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING:
20-11: R.M. Packer – NOI for repairs and improvements to an existing marine infrastructure and maintenance facility for offshore wind support. (Postponed until February 1, 2022).
ON HOLD:
20-17: Kenneth Cole – NOI for a sloped stone revetment. (Postponed at request of applicant).
19-28: Martha’s Vineyard Shipyard – NOI to expand and modify an existing marina. (Application postponed pending MVC review )
