5:30 P.M.  Case #2266:  Colin Weir – Request for a special permit for the expansion of a pre-existing non-conforming structure on a non-conforming lot, under the TZBL, Section 07.01.03.

5:45 P.M.   Case #2265:  Island Housing Trust – Request for a comprehensive permit for the construction of ten duplex buildings, under MGL, Ch. 40B.

CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS:

Case #2257:  Island Cove Mini Golf – Request for a special permit for the outside storage of boats, under the TZBL, Section 07.07.01 and 05.22.03 (Continued for MVC review)

Case #2147:  Joseph Dockter (Vineyard Assembly of God) – Request to amend special permit #1057 to change conditions #1 & #6 to recognize the construction of a storage shed and a change of exterior lighting. (Litigation decision pending).
