UPDATE 4/29/09
The Community Garden plans have been placed on hold due to budgetary constraints. The Board of Selectmen agreed that the timing was not conducive to moving forward with this project. However, the Board did make it clear that by no means had this project been eliminated. The Board will take this time to search for alternative funding sources and explore ways to take this project to the next level, please visit this page for further updates.
Update 7/15/09
The community Garden plans have found new life and further details will be forthcoming. Adequate space has been located on Town property and right not the town is in the process of clearing a small patch of land for this purpose. Interested parties should check this portionof the website regularly for further detail on this project.
