By-Law Requiring Junk Dealers or Collectors to be Licensed


	Section 35 By-Law Requiring Junk Dealers or Collectors to be Licensed Voted May 6, 1968, Article 4 Amended October 7, 1982, Article 6 by adding the 2nd paragraph; Approved by the Attorney General January 11, 1983 No person shall be a collector of or dealer in junk, old metal, or second-hand articles or a keeper of a shop for the purchase, sale or barter of junk, old metals or second-hand articles unless licensed therefor. "Whoever violates the provision of this by-law shall be subject to a fine in the amount of $50.00."
